Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Chan is the founder of the Group and responsible for the overall management, development and planning of the Group. Mr. Chan has over 10 years of experience in expressway operation and management. He founded Huayu Investment in 1993, which has been involved in the construction, investment and operation of highway projects since 1999.

Mr. Mai Qing Quan
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director
Mr. Mai is responsible for the communication and coordination between the relevant governmental bodies and the Group. He has 17 years of government work experience.

Mr. Chen Kai Shu
Executive Director
Mr. Chen is responsible for environmental protection related aspects of the Sui- Yue Expressway (Hunan Section). He has over 16 years of experience in the green and environmental protection industry.

Mr. Fu Jie Pin

Executive Director
Mr. Fu is responsible for further financing of the Sui-Yue Expressway (Hunan Section) project. He worked as the chief financial controller in Huayu Investment, responsible for management of finances, capital operation and investment analysis of Expressway projects.

Mr. Chen Min Yong
Executive Director
Mr. Chen is responsible for project development and the establishment of the toll collection management system for the Sui-Yue Expressway (Hunan Section). He has approximately 12 years of experience in construction, operation and management of highway projects.

Mr. Zhang Bo Qing
Executive Director
Mr. Zhang is responsible for on-site management and project coordination in the Sui-Yue Expressway (Human Section) project. He is a senior civil engineer accredited by Guangdong Province Personnel Bureau and has approximately 9 years of experience in site management of road construction projects.

Mr. Yue Feng
Executive Director
Mr. Yue is responsible for liasing with the relevant governmental bodies and third parties in relation to road design. Mr. Yue is a senior engineer accredited by the Shenzhen Transport Engineering Personnel High Level Committee of Professional and has approximately 10 years of experience in the technical aspects and the management of road and transportation.

Ms. Mao Hui

Ms. Mao was appointed as the chief financial controller of Daoyue in 2006, responsible for finance, internal and external coordination and public relations of Daoyue. Ms. Mao has approximately 10 years of experience in financial management.
